The Mental Health Association of Cortland County has announced a t-shirt design contest to recognize May as Mental Health Month! Join the efforts to take away the stigma from mental illness by submitting a design for their annual t-shirt and poster design competition. Posters will be viewed by hundreds of people and the t-shirts will be worn by all the people participating in the Mental Health Awareness Walk in May.
DESIGN GUIDELINES: Designs should stay positive, be strength based and express inclusivity and community
SUGGESTED THEMES:
- Recovery is Possible
- You are allowed to think about recovery
- 1 in 4 people have a mental illness
Designs must be submitted no later than February 15th
